WHAT TO DO
TIME IS NOT REFUNDABLE - SPEND IT WISELY
Now, having experienced many holidays here from 7 days to a month and all that's in-between, we can help with planning your trip. If your holiday requirement is to sit back, relax and soak in the sunshine, then a week is perfect for you. But if you fancy exploring, experiencing and feeling Barbados then you will need at least 10 days. With jet lag and newly tanned (burnt) skin consuming the first 48 hours, you won't be ready to get out there and become a part of this magical island until at least day 3. So plan accordingly. It is also good to have an idea of what you want to do and some things will need to be thought through and planned ahead of the trip. Anything that doesn't require booking or is free of charge can generally be attended at any time, but most things will need a little attention to detail so you don't miss out on it.

This is hands down one of our favourite things to do in Barbados, the water on the West Coast is so tranquil that jet skiing is very popular here but you will also find vendors on the South Coast too. We normally do 20 mins and switch the kids around every 5 mins or so, the jet ski guys are so friendly and helpful and don't mind a deal being done as long as its fair to all parties.

You will find all types of yoga scattered all over the island. Many of the trendy restaurants and bars will open their doors early for beach side yoga and there are even yoga retreats to enjoy. The island has a majestic vibe and many have tapped into the industry over the last few years. You don't have to look hard to find a great yoga session to get involved in.
